Partner Tyler Turner has an extensive background in agricultural and mineral law, focusing his practice primarily in oil and gas. His passion for the oil and gas industry took hold when he returned to Kansas as a landman researching mineral ownership and lease availability in 2008. That passion led him to Washburn University School of Law, where he earned his law degree and served as an adjunct instructor. Tyler is a frequent presenter to bar association groups on the many problems and issues of mineral ownership and title examinations. He represents oil and gas producers in all aspects of exploring for, producing, selling, and transporting oil and gas. Tyler is admitted to practice in Kansas and Nebraska.

Partner Michael Baxter practices in several areas of law, including real estate, probate, and civil litigation, with a focus in oil and gas law. Michael's representation in the oil and gas areas includes not only representation of operators, but also landowners, oil and gas suppliers and contractors, as well as mineral interest holders. Michael is admitted to practice in Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado.

Tyler and Michael are both members of KIOGA, the Wichita Association of Petroleum Landmen, and the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
